I will give you a little secret about myself: I love results. You are in business to create a result and to earn a profit. Plain and simple. There is one simple thing that you can do (starting today) to quickly create more business results. The simple thing is to take more action.
In today’s post, I will uncover the key to quickly create more business results.
Take More Action
What if having more results in your business was just that simple? All you have to do is take more action to create more business results. If you’ve been following my blog a while (which I recommend), you know that I mention massive action quite a bit. This is for good reason, because it’s the absolute truth.
We all know that we have 24 hours in a day. Yet there are people who accomplish so much in a day, whereas there are some who accomplish nothing in the same timeframe. There are leaders all over the place who make millions in a day. So how do they get so much accomplished in a day? Are they sitting around wondering how to make my business successful? They accomplish more because they strive to get more done.
You need to learn the value of time because, with time, anything can be accomplished. There is no need to despise the successful people when they have the same 24 hours in a day and the same opportunities. Just make the decision to get more done.
How Can I Take More Action Today?
If you want to take your business or income to the next level, you must make growth a part of your daily agenda. Do something that increases the value you bring to your business, your work, your clients or customers. It’s not very complicated to change your current income level. You simply need to offer more value to the marketplace.
You must get better at everything you do. I like to think that you should make yourself irreplaceable, or so good at what you do that people can’t ignore you. If you consistently build your character, skills, and value to others, you will quickly advance in the game of economics.
In order to create success quickly, there are some things that become out of balance. For instance, if you do not have a quality support system in place; you could be set for doom. You cannot be successful if you are listening to negative people. That sort of behavior is not congruent to your goals.
The Myth of Staying Organized
I want to address this topic or organization because it is in association with being able to create more business results. Granted, organization is important and has its place. But organization should not come before taking action in your business. I’m not saying it’s okay to be unorganized either. I just believe that organization can be self-sabotaging to entrepreneur growth at times. There may be times in which you feel as though you cannot function unless everything is organized or “perfect”, only to waste time and not create action.
Ironically, when I think of it, the times I was to most successful happened to be the times in which I did not value organization as much. If you are truly focused on massive action, then you are no longer just taking normal action. You must be willing to just stop taking normal action. Step up and take more massive action. An example of taking more massive action would be analyzing how many conversations you are having daily? There are times in which I find myself distracted with “life”, but I make every effort to have at least 10 conversations with people each day. You never know where a conversation may lead. That person could be your next JV partner, your next customer, or not a fit for your services. Make sure to take the time to interact with people daily.
I Don’t Have Time
I understand, not everyone may be working their home business full-time. I get it. I also understand that you may not have the time to talk to a lot of people daily. Pick a number that is safe to work with according to your schedule. Find pockets of time in which you can get some prospecting done. If that number is 5, that’s fine. If it’s more, even better! Just make sure you are actively engaging people every day.
Just think how your business would improve if you interacted with your set number of people daily. You should be following up with your prospects. Make sure to make new connections daily.
Willing to Take More Action?
You must be willing to take more action daily. Consistency is key. This is not something you can do one or two days, then forget about it and expect quality results. Massive action occurs on a constant consistent basis. If you are looking to do something by pure chance, then go play the Powerball lottery. You much stick with your actions until it becomes a routine for you.
What’s Something You Can Do to Create Massive Action?
You can prospect via social media. Conducting 3-way calls is also a possibility. You can create an automated webinar and share it with your prospects. Prospecting via email marketing is also effective. There are a multitude of ways to engage with people on a daily basis. You just need to find a way that works for you. The primary idea you should have is how many people are you getting to a presentation each week.
Are You Taking It Serious?
Once you treat your business like a real business, then you will see results flowing into your business. You should work on your business as if your life depended on it. Well truthfully, your life does depend on the work you put into your business. After all, your business should reflect the economy you create for yourself and your future generations. But until you change the above statements, you will not see results quickly in your business.
Below are a few action questions for your review to get you thinking:
- How consistent will you be in your business?
- Are you taking adequate action in your business? If so, how much massive action?
- Will the massive action eventually generate revenue?
- What can you do today to take more massive action?
